- Besides Online Secure Ordering, customers may order
by Phone, Fax, Email, or US Postal Mail. For your convenience, you
may print an order form PDF ORDER FORM . For Word users, fill out the ( WORD
ORDER FORM) or for plain text right click and "Save Target
As (NOTEPAD ORDER FORM) and attach
it to an email. Order
are normally processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.

- Payment Method:
- We accept Money Orders, Master
Card, Visa, and Checks (please allow 6 days for checks to clear)

- Sales Tax:
- Wisconsin Residents are required
to pay 5% state sales tax.

- Shipping:
- Usually shipping is
by USPS and will be calculated at
the time of sale. If the customer fills in the estimated shipping
and it is lower than that actual shipping cost, the customer will
be notified by phone/email of the difference. If the estimated shipping
is greater than the actual shipping cost, the amount will be refunded
if prepaid by check or money order. Internation orders will be USPS Global.

- Orders over $100.00 will be insured. Insurance for orders under 100.00 on request.
WARRANTIES:
- Heating Mantles
- 6 months, due to a manufacturing flaw (not
from chemical spillage or superheating.) We do not repair damaged heating
mantles.

- Manufacturers Limited Warranty: one year from date of shipment. Liability under this warranty
is limited to repair or replacement F.O.B. factory of any parts which prove
to be defective within that time or repayment of the purchase price at the
Seller's option provided the instruments have been returned, transportation
prepaid, within one year from date of purchase. All technical advice, recommendations
and services are based on technical data and information which the Seller
believes to be reliable and are intended for use by persons having skill
and knowledge of the business, at their own discretion. In no case is Seller
liable beyond replacement of equipment F.O.B. factory or the full purchase
price. This warranty does not apply if the maximum ratings label is removed
or if the instrument or equipment is abused, altered, used at ratings above
the maximum specified, or otherwise misused in any way.
RETURN POLICY:
- All returned merchandise (except under
warranty items)
must be in unused, in resale condition and that product is in original packaging
with all documents. Defective items must be returned in their entirety. Product(s)
returned not meeting these terms may be refused and returned to the sender (freight
collect). All returns/cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned
merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid and insured for the full value or
the merchandise. Please include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining
why you are returning the merchandise. Credit for returns are normally processed
within 5 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. A refund check
will be mailed to you at the address to which we shipped the order.
- SHIPPING CLAIMS:

- Your order is filled, checked, rechecked and packed
with great care. If damage has occurred, keep the carton and all of the packing
material. Please report the details immediately to the carrier and then contact
one of our Customer Service Representatives. If an item is damaged in transit
carrier will recover the parcel and a replacement unit will be issued once the
damage claim has been paid to us by the shipping carrier. We can not ship a
replacement unit the shipping carrier has completed their investigation
and has paid the damage claim. Any defective or damage products must be claimed
within 5 days after you received the parcel from our carrier
